Caitlin is a dedicated plant-based coach, vegan bodybuilder, and medal-winning IFBB athlete who’s all about combining science-based approaches with personalised unique programming to help you reach your full potential.
As a bodybuilding judge, Sports Nutritionist with the Sports Nutrition Association, and ASCA-certified Strength & Conditioning coach, she brings a wealth of expertise to the table.
With a passion for sports nutrition, especially in strength sports and bodybuilding, Caitlin is constantly honing her skills to deliver results that truly make a difference. Her approach is simple: personalised, evidence-based programs designed to help you thrive—achieving your goals without sacrificing your health or happiness.
