Meet Coach Caitlin
Caitlin is a certified Sports Nutritionist, Strength & Conditioning Coach, and bodybuilding judge specialising in plant-based nutrition general population, bodybuilders and athletes.
As a vegan bodybuilder and former competitive athlete, she understands the challenges of balancing plant-based diets with athletic goals and is dedicated to promoting evidence-based nutrition practices.
Caitlin has extensive experience working with all goals and people, from everyday busy mums to elite athletes, and is passionate about collaborating with those eager to learn.
Caitlin’s communication is emotionally intelligent, validating, investigative, solution-based, informative and evidence-based – and is above and beyond what I have expected, and I appreciate it!

No! We work with a range of clients and specialise in a variety of dietary approaches that fall under the umbrella term “plant-based”. You might be vegan, just curious about going vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian, pescatarian, and everything in between.
Our coaching is not a “holier than thou” vegan club or an agenda to push veganism onto people. We are not the vegan police. Instead, we believe in supporting you in your nutrition however best fits your values and life.
Our goal is to provide evidence-based education and support around plant-based diets, and we embrace anyone who has an interest in it, no matter if you’re a lifelong vegan or it’s your first time trying a vegetable.
Adopting a plant-based or vegan diet often means eliminating entire food groups, which can introduce unique challenges, such as meeting protein needs or avoiding nutrient deficiencies.
However, thriving on a plant-based diet is absolutely possible. You can build muscle, optimise performance, just as well with the right approach.
That’s where a specialised plant-based coach comes in. We speak your language. We understand your challenges, provide expert guidance, and offer tailored strategies to help you achieve your full potential.
As each client has different goals, needs, and can be at any stage of their journey, we have multiple coaching packages and pricing options to suit everyone. Please let us know what you are after, and we can provide a relevant package to suit you best.
