Plant-based and prepping for a competition or big event? Whether you’re carb-loading for a marathon, weight cutting for a powerlifting comp, or peaking for bodybuilding show, get a plan to maximise results and achieve your desired outcome.

Includes pre-event meals, intra-event fueling, and optional post-event recovery meals. Your plan will factor in meal frequency, number, and timing to optimise performance, including a peak event-day plan.

Note: During competition week, foods may be intentionally repeated to minimise GI impact.

No! We work with a range of clients and specialise in a variety of dietary approaches that fall under the umbrella term “plant-based”. You might be vegan, just curious about going vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian, pescatarian, and everything in between.

Our coaching is not a “holier than thou” vegan club or an agenda to push veganism onto people. We are not the vegan police. Instead, we believe in supporting you in your nutrition however best fits your values and life.

Our goal is to provide evidence-based education and support around plant-based diets, and we embrace anyone who has an interest in it, no matter if you’re a lifelong vegan or it’s your first time trying a vegetable.

 

Adopting a plant-based or vegan diet often means eliminating entire food groups, which can introduce unique challenges, such as meeting protein needs or avoiding nutrient deficiencies.

However, thriving on a plant-based diet is absolutely possible. You can build muscle, optimise performance, just as well with the right approach.

That’s where a specialised plant-based coach comes in. We speak your language. We understand your challenges, provide expert guidance, and offer tailored strategies to help you achieve your full potential.

Timings depend on the goal and your current stage of your journey. Generally speaking, we recommend the sooner you work with a coach the better the outcome you will have.

Coach Caitlin is based in Brisbane, Australia, but thanks to speciality online coaching, she works with all clients worldwide. From the US and Europe to the UK, Canada, Australia, the Middle East, and beyond, we’re proud to support individuals across the globe in reaching their goals.

It depends! We specialise in nutrition and training programs tailored to bodybuilding, lifestyle fitness, strength, and power sports.

And we’ve worked with bodybuilders, boxers, marathon runners, CrossFit or functional-fitness athletes, kettlebell athletes, powerlifters, and strongmen. 

That said, we don’t claim to be experts in every detail of high-level, sport-specific training.

We’re happy to recommend a coach to oversee your training program—just as we’d suggest working with a plant-based sports nutritionist (like us!) to fine-tune your nutrition.
